NAIRA is the multi-time and recurrent awardee of the Fulbright Commission, CIDA, the United Nations, the IPPF, the American-Austrian Foundation, NIH, NSF and was twice been selected as U.S. Congressional fellow: Regional Scholar Exchange Program (the American Council) and Hubert Horatio Humphrey fellowship (the Carter Foundation).

Naira is also certified in Public Health (Emory), Health Policy (GWU), and was a postdoctoral researcher in Psychology (BU). A member of the Federal Bar Association (FBA), Naira has presided as a moot court Judge at DC Superior Court and U.S. Court of Federal Claims.

A member of the American Health Lawyers Association (AHLA), partner with New European Surgical Academy (NESA), Naira serves in the editorial-boards of the WHO Bulletin, JADA, Austin Gynecology Case Reports, CLINICS, Biomed Inquiry, Project MUSE - John Hopkins.
Naira is a U.S. Citizen, who immigrated with dignity and merits (via the NIW of National Interest Waiver category which reads: "an individual with advanced degrees and exceptional abilities for the U.S. National Interest"). She decided to permanently stay in the USA after her five visits to the USA (in 2000, 2001, 2005, 2007, 2008) for various programs and research partnerships. After completing her two-year postdoctoral program at Boston University (2008 -2010) Naira self-petitioned and received her green card in 2010. She was awarded her U.S. Citizenship in 2017.

Naira is a content and happy single mother by choice. She is a conservative in views, an unceremonious Christian by faith, and straight for relationships. Her precious and prodigious son, RICHARD-ROLAND, is the paramount for all her reasons and reasoning. Currently at his age 15 (2018) Richard attends 10th grade of the high school. Richard-Roland is fond of medieval European history, golf, decathlon, chess, cooking, surfing, tennis, basketball, swimming and of course, traveling ! He studies several languages, including French and Chinese Traditional. He always thinks, that Naira must improve her writing skills.
