Naira is a former Regional Exchange Scholar at GWU/American Council (2000), CIDA grantee (2002), Hubert Humphrey &  Fulbright Scholar at Emory/CDC (2005-2006), principal investigator & postdoc at BU (2008-2010), American-Austrian Foundation grantee and member of the Open Medical Institute of Salzburg (1998, 2000, 2007), FedBar member, partner with New European Surgical Academy (NESA)/SK, Thurgood Marshall moot court judge; author of 175 multi-genre bestselling books (pen names -  Naira Matevosyan, Naira R. Matevosyan, Naira Roland Matevosyan, Naira R.M, Naira Renault, Naira Roland Renault), well-cited scientist (70+ papers with Springer Verlag and Willey);  programs manager and speaker (AUDEM/Belgrade/Serbia, IPPF/Brussels/Belgium, Albert Schweitzer Institute/CT), trainee at CEU/Budapest, Charles University of Prague, McMaster (Toronto, ON), graduate of the Seton Hall University School of Law (NJ), a content single mother (the highest achievement).
